While zipping along on his scooter Iggy decapitates a jogger in a freak accident. Smitten by her beauty he brings the head back to Dr. Sado's laboratory where he devises a way to keep it alive.

A patient comes into the office suffering from nightmares featuring a murderous entity. Dr. Sado performs a waking dream hypnosis to cleanse the patient of his visions and guides him to stand up to his fears.

A weird man and his shrill wife burst into the office. He is there to communicate with his alien entity. She wants to confront the doctor.

A man comes into the office with a blow-up sex doll he claims is alive. Dr. Sado tries to dispose of the doll so she can make him her new victim but it takes the entire staff hostage! Only a heroic effort by a wacky superhero can save them!

Dr. Sado decides to have an office party in hopes of luring Temptress into a romantic scenario. The doctor gifts the staff costumes…as well as hallucinogenic drugs! As the party spirals into madness tensions rise.
