What is OUTtv? OUTtv is a Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) with LGBTQ2+ focused programming which is available to watch ad-free, in any place, at any time. It features popular series, documentaries and movies from all over the world as well as original productions which are exclusive to OUTtv, new content is added every month. Content availability may vary depending on your location.

OUTtv is available on Apple TV, iOS, Android, Chromecast, Roku, Fire TV and on web browsers.

How can I subscribe to OUTtv? OUTtv is available to residents of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States. To subscribe go to outtv.com.

If you prefer to view content through a mobile device or tablet, download the OUTtv app from the Android, iOS and Roku app store.

In Canada and the United States, OUTtv is available as a channel on Apple TV+.

In Canada, OUTtv is also available as a channel on Amazon Prime Video.

How much is a OUTtv subscription? There are three types of OUTtv subscriptions to choose from:

  1. Monthly Subscription;
  2. Bi-Annual; or
  3. Annual Subscription

Using your Facebook or Google account, it takes just a few seconds to create a Cleeng account and then purchase using Visa, MasterCard, American Express (where available) or PayPal. You can track your purchase in settings through the content library and connect on any of your devices.

How does OUTtv choose TV series and movies to stream? The OUTtv programming team partners with content providers to license and produce compelling LGBTQ2+ content. We have relationships with producers and broadcasters all over the world to license and commission the best available TV series, movies and documentaries.

How do I use a promo code? Please follow the instructions below to activate your subscription with a promo code:

  1. Visit .
  2. Click login in the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Choose how you would like to connect (Facebook, Google+ or email).
  4. Enter password and click create account.
  5. Click select on the ‘Monthly Recurring Subscription’.
  6. In the top right corner of the pop-up box, click redeem coupon.
  7. Enter the promo code and click activate.
  8. Enter your first name, last name and postal code.
  9. Click confirm.
  10. Choose your payment* method (credit card or PayPal).
  11. Enter your payment information and click confirm.

In addition to streaming content on our website, you can access OUTtv by downloading the OUTtv app on Apple TV, iOS, Android or Roku. Once you have downloaded, just sign in with the username and password you created on the site.

*Note: Your OUTtv paid membership is a month-to-month subscription that begins after your free trial period ends. You can cancel at any time within the length of the trial at no cost.

How does billing work? Once you have created an account, your credit card will be billed on the same day every month, based on the day that your free trial period ends. Or, if you are a bi-annual or annual subscriber, your credit card will be billed on the same day and month on which your free trial period ended. The billing date is subject to changes related to weekends or statutory holidays.

Please note that the charges will appear as “Cleeng” on your credit card statement.

What are the system requirements to watch on my computer? To stream OUTtv content on your computer you require a web browser a broadband connection. OUTtv recommends the Google Chrome web browser, however the service will work with most browsers. Be sure to keep your browser up to date.

Is OUTtv available on mobile devices? Yes! OUTtv is available for both iOS and Android devices. Download the OUTtv app from the app store and then follow the instructions to create an account and purchase your subscription.

If you already have a OUTtv account, simply login with the username and password that you signed up with.

Can I watch OUTtv from different computers or devices at the same time? Yes. Simply use the same credentials that you used when you registered to watch on another device. Your access is limited to a maximum of three devices at one time and may be restricted when our systems detect abuse.

How can I update my payment method? To update or remove your payment method from your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to outtv.com and login.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Scroll down and click on the change button. Or, to remove your payment information click remove.

Is my credit card and personal information secure? Yes. Your credit card information, personal profile, balance and access information are securely stored on Cleeng servers.

All transactions are completed on Cleeng servers using 256bits SSL encryption and payment processing meets the highest PCI compliance standards.

What can I do if my payment is unsuccessful? If your payment has been unsuccessful it may be that your bank or financial institution is refusing the payment, so you may need to contact them for assistance.

Alternatively, please try to use a different payment method.

Why hasn’t my OUTtv membership renewed? Sometimes you may notice that your OUTtv subscription was not automatically renewed. When this occurs, you will get an automated email notification. There are two main reasons for a failed renewal:

  1. Your bank or financial institution rejected the transaction. Solution: Please contact your bank directly to obtain more information.

  2. Your credit card has expired. Solution: Update your credit card details in your account settings. Simply click on the link included in the notification email or login at outtv.com with your email and password, click on Settings and update your credit card information.

Please note: If you have not updated your payment information or contacted us to resolve, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will need to subscribe again to regain access to OUTtv content.

How do I cancel OUTtv membership? We hate to see you leave, but if you need to cancel your OUTtv membership, please follow these steps.

  1. Login to your Cleeng account via outtv.com.
  2. Once you are logged in, go to My Account.
  3. Under the subscription section, click unsubscribe and you will be unsubscribed with no further billing, starting with your next payment cycle.

If you cancel your membership before the end of your current billing cycle, you can continue to enjoy OUTtv until the last day of your billing cycle.

*Note: If you chose to subscribe to OUTtv through the Android, iOS, or Roku app store, or through Apple TV+ or Amazon Prime Video, cancellation of OUTtv will be subject to the terms and conditions established by the applicable platform.

There are issues with video quality. What can I do? If you are experiencing issues with video quality, please try one of the following?

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Ensure that you are running the most up to date version of your browser or of the OUTtv app.
  3. See if you can access the content from another browser and/or device.
  4. Ensure that you are not actively logged in to multiple devices. If you are, logout and try again.
  5. If you are using a browser to access content, try clearing your cache and restarting your browser.
